The skin reset session offered through PamperBuzz is complimentary — there is no charge for the session itself and no purchase is required at any stage. A refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, as set out below.
The session
- The complimentary skin reset session is approximately 30 minutes in duration
- Sessions take place at a professional, fully equipped beauty room in Wilmslow
- The session is subject to availability and is confirmed by Sandra Cook personally within 48 hours of your booking request being received
- One session per person
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service
The £20 refundable deposit
A £20 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is not a charge for the session. It is requested by Sandra personally when confirming your appointment, not collected through this website.
- The deposit is requested by Sandra Cook at the time of confirming your appointment
- It is fully redeemable against any Tropic Skincare products purchased on the day of your session
- If you choose not to purchase any products, the deposit is returned to you in full after your session
- The deposit is not a charge for any beauty treatment or professional service
Booking and cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed by Sandra Cook personally within 48 hours of your request being received
- Sandra will contact you directly to confirm your appointment date, time and location
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full deposit refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit
- If Sandra Cook needs to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full deposit refund will be issued
Conduct and safety
- You agree to inform Sandra Cook of any known skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your appointment
- Sandra Cook reserves the right to decline or adapt the session if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe
Products
Products used during your session are Tropic Skincare products. Sandra Cook is an independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador and is not an employee of Tropic Skincare Ltd. Any product recommendations made during your session are personal recommendations only and do not constitute professional medical or dermatological advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra Cook accepts no liability for any adverse reactions to products used during your session where full disclosure of known skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities was not provided prior to the appointment.
